The year has gone by faster than we’ve expected and we haven’t posted as much on the blog as we would have liked. One reason is that we’ve had a tremendous amount of interest in accent reduction from corporate clients looking to improve their customer relations and communication within their departments. Engineers, doctors, IT professionals, Research and Development, India, China, Korea, Spanish we’ve seen it all this year and we’ve been busy.
The other reason that we’ve been quiet on the blog is that we’ve been improving our accent reduction materials and course structure. The basic course and principles are still the same, however, experience working with more students with different needs has lead us to making several modifications to our course. Here are some of the great new additions:
- More materials for independent practice
- More focus on daily communication
- Improved grammar component
- More information about the English Language and Spelling
- Motivational materials targeted towards improving carryover
- Change in course offerings
These changes are not reflective of cutting down on quality or course time in order to meet our demand. These changes are based on recognizing a need to adapt to people’s needs. In fact, one new course has been expanded to 15 sessions from 13 sessions and takes even more time for us to prepare, select, and modify specialized materials for students. We continue to be dedicated to quality, transparency, and offering an exceptional service.
